Step 1: Log In to ThriveCart
Navigate to the ThriveCart website.
Enter your login credentials to access your dashboard.
Step 2: Access the Transactions Page
Once logged in, click on the "Transactions" tab located in the main navigation menu at the top of the dashboard.
Step 3: View Transactions
On the Transactions page, you will see a list of all transactions.
You can filter the transactions by date range, product, or other criteria using the filter options available.
To see the details of a specific transaction, click on the transaction entry.
Step 4: Check Failed Payments
Within the Transactions page, look for a section or filter option labeled "Failed Payments" or similar.
Apply the filter to view only the failed transactions.
Review the details of each failed payment by clicking on the transaction entry to understand the reason for failure and take necessary actions, such as contacting the customer or retrying the payment.
Step 5: Manage Subscriptions
Click on the "Subscriptions" tab located either in the main navigation menu or within the Transactions page.
On the Subscriptions page, you will see a list of all active, canceled, and past due subscriptions.
Use the filter options to sort subscriptions by status, product, or customer.
Click on a specific subscription to view detailed information, including payment history, next billing date, and customer details.
You can manage the subscription by performing actions such as canceling, pausing, or updating billing information.
Step 6: Advanced Search and Filters
Use the advanced search and filter options to narrow down specific transactions, failed payments, or subscriptions.
Apply filters such as date range, product name, customer email, or transaction status to find the exact data you need.
Step 7: Export Data (Optional)
If you need to analyze the data outside of ThriveCart, you can export the transactions, failed payments, or subscription data.
Look for an "Export" button on the Transactions or Subscriptions page.
Select the format (e.g., CSV) and the data range you want to export.
Click "Export" and download the file to your computer.
Step 8: Notifications and Alerts
Set up notifications or alerts for failed payments or subscription issues.
Go to the "Settings" or "Notifications" section in your ThriveCart dashboard.
Configure email notifications to be informed immediately of any issues that need your attention.
Step 1: Log In to ThriveCart

Step 4: Create a New Coupon
Click the "Create new coupon" button.
Step 5: Coupon Details
Coupon Name: Enter a name for your coupon. This is for internal use and will help you identify the coupon later.
Coupon Code: Enter the code that customers will use at checkout to apply the discount. This should be easy to remember and share.
Step 6: Discount Type
Discount Type: Select the type of discount you want to offer. Options typically include:Percentage off (e.g., 10% off)Fixed amount off (e.g., $10 off)
Discount Value: Enter the value of the discount. For example, if you selected a percentage discount, enter the percentage value (e.g., 10 for 10%).
Step 7: Validity Period
Start Date: Set the start date and time for when the coupon becomes active.
End Date: Set the end date and time for when the coupon expires. Leave this blank if you want the coupon to be valid indefinitely.
Step 8: Usage Limits
Total Uses: Specify the maximum number of times the coupon can be used. Leave this blank for unlimited uses.
Per Customer Limit: Set a limit on how many times an individual customer can use the coupon. Leave this blank for no limit.
Step 9: Apply to Specific Products (Optional)
Product Selection: If you want the coupon to apply only to specific products, select those products from the list. Otherwise, the coupon will apply to all products by default.
Step 10: Advanced Settings (Optional)
Custom Conditions: Set any custom conditions or restrictions for the coupon if needed. This can include specific cart values, customer locations, etc.
Step 11: Save the Coupon
Review all the details to ensure accuracy.
Click the "Save" button to create the coupon.
Step 12: Promote Your Coupon
Share the Coupon Code: Distribute the coupon code to your customers via email, social media, or other marketing channels.
Step 1: Log In to ThriveCart

Step 2: Access the Products Page
Once logged in, click on the "Products" tab located in the main navigation menu at the top of the dashboard.
This will take you to the page where all your products are listed.
Step 3: Find the Product to Duplicate
Locate the product you want to duplicate from the list of products.
Hover over the product name or the options menu (usually represented by three dots or a gear icon) next to the product.
Step 4: Duplicate the Product
In the options menu, click on "Duplicate product."
ThriveCart will create a duplicate of the selected product with the same settings, including pricing, checkout page, payment processor, and fulfillment options.
Step 5: Edit the Duplicated Product
The duplicated product will appear in your product list, typically with a default name like "Copy of [Original Product Name]."
Click on the duplicated product's name or the "Edit" button next to it to open the product's settings page.
Step 6: Update Product Details
Product Name: Change the product name to distinguish it from the original product.
Product URL: Update the product URL if necessary to avoid conflicts with the original product.
Pricing Options: Adjust the pricing options if needed.
Checkout Page: Customize the checkout page if you want it to differ from the original.
Other Settings: Review and update any other settings that need to be different from the original product.
Step 7: Save the Duplicated Product
After making the necessary changes, review all the details to ensure accuracy.
Click the "Save" button to apply the changes to your duplicated product.

Name: Edit the product name if needed.
Description: Update the product description.
Pricing Options:
Pricing Type: Change the pricing model (e.g., one-time payment, subscription).
Price: Update the price of the product.
Currency: Change the currency for the product pricing.
Trial Period: Adjust or remove the trial period if applicable.
Checkout Page:
Template Selection: Change the template for your checkout page.
Customization: Update your checkout page branding, including logo, colors, and text.
Bump Offers: Add or modify bump offers.
Payment Processor:
Integration: Change the payment processor settings if necessary.
Product Fulfillment:
Fulfillment Type: Adjust how the product is delivered (e.g., email, URL, membership platform).
Integration: Update the necessary integrations for delivery.
Tracking and Affiliate Settings:
Tracking Codes: Add or modify tracking codes for analytics.
Affiliate Settings: Update affiliate settings if necessary.

Step 5: Save Changes
After making the necessary changes, review all the details to ensure accuracy.
Click the "Save" button to apply the changes to your product.

Find the product for which you want to get the URL from the list of products.
Click on the product name or the "Edit" button next to the product. This will open the product's settings page.
Step 4: Find the Product URL
In the product settings page, look for the "Get URL" or "Product URL" section.
This section is typically located in the overview or main settings tab of the product.
The product URL will be displayed here. It usually looks something like https://checkout.thrivecart.com/your-product-name.
Step 5: Copy the URL
Click on the URL to highlight it.
Right-click and select "Copy" or use the keyboard shortcut (Ctrl+C on Windows or Command+C on Mac) to copy the URL.
Step 6: Use the URL
You can now paste this URL wherever you need to share it (e.g., in your marketing materials, emails, social media, etc.).
Step 7: Test the URL Before Sending To Client
Open a new browser tab or window.
Paste the URL into the address bar and hit Enter to ensure it directs to the correct product checkout page and the pricing information is correct.

Price: Enter the price of your product.
Currency: Select the currency for your product pricing.
Trial Period: Set up a trial period if applicable (optional).
Step 5: Checkout Page
Template Selection: Choose a template for your checkout page.
Customization: Customize your checkout page with your branding, including logo, colors, and text.
Bump Offers: Add any bump offers if you want to include additional products or services at checkout.
Step 6: Payment Processor
